    Dear Mr. Lueders,

    My name is Vincent Tousignant. I am thirteen years old and I live in Repentigny (Quebec). In my English class we had to write an encouragement letter to an athlete and I chose you because I know that you worked very hard for the Vancouver 2010 Olympics games.

    I want to say to you that I’m certain that you will be very good during those Olympic Games. I’m sure that a big number of people are happy that you represent the Canada at bobsleigh. After the Olympic Games a lot of people will say congratulations and that they are proud of you.

    Even if I know that you will be awesome, I wish you good luck !

    Go Pierre! Over the years you've always made Canada proud and I want to thank you for that. Recently I heard media referring to you as the legendary Pierre Lueders, I think that has a very nice ring to it. You've earned this respect with your incredible fearless determination, physical strength but even more strength of character, a great confidence in yourself, intelligence, integrity, skill and athleticism, and when asked you always tell it like it is. The way you carry yourself sets a powerful role model for Canadian youth and I thank you for that as well.
    I wish you that perfect combination of power, timing, speed, momentum and clarity for another great Olympic moment. Thanks for lifting our spirits, may you be rewarded by lifting another gold and the deserving title of the Worlds' best. Wishing you success- Mr Beaudoin
