    Dear, Alex Gough,

    Hello, my name is Brooke and I am a student attending Lincoln Avenue Public School. During my language period at school I had to choose a Canadian olympic athlete to do a biography on. As I was researching one I found your name “Alex Gough”. I clicked on your name then read up some information on you. I was interested in what I was reading. I was interested in how you read the twilight series because I read them too.

    While you are at the olympics does your family come with you? When your doing the luge is it possible to sit up or do you have to lay down?
    Does your coach make you takeout your lip piercing during the big Vancouver olympics? Are you excited ? GOOD LUCK! I’m looking forward to watching your race.

    Dear Alex Gough,
    Hey, i'm Olivia, and I live in Eastern Ontario. I am in sixth grade, and in english class we have to do a project on a canadian winter olympic athlete. I found you really cool, you are alot like me in alot of ways!
    I also love how you don't take your lip piercing out when you race, it shows that you love who you are :)
    Whats it like being in the olympics? I bet your REALLY nervous! Just so you know, I am routing for you! I KNOW you will do awesome :D

    You are a great competitor, I hope you achieve your personal best, go for gold. Thanks for representing Canada. I hope you get to know some new people from other countries. you have put so much time and energy into your sport. You have worked so hard. I hope your family is there to see you perform. You seem to really enjoy your sport. I hope you can here us cheering in your mind as you perform. You already are a winner by the fact you already got to the olympics.
